• How long does it take to receive the proxy balance or get my new account activated after the payment?

  If you paid by other payment methods than Cryptocurrency, you should get it instantly after the payment was made.
  If you paid by Cryptocurrency, you need to wait until the transaction has 1 confirmation from the Cryptocurrency network, for how long it takes to get 1 confirmation it depends on the Cryptocurrency network and the Miner fee you paid.

• I am using 911 proxy, why its still showing my original IP when i check?

  Our software should work on all windows versions, If on your system, you cant start 911 or 911 shows your original ip address when you are using a proxy, please try below step by step until its solved:
  1. Most likely its your Antivirus's Active Protection/Real-time protection blocked 911's proxy feature by mistake, You can try to turn off your Antivirus(Norton, 360 etc), or whitelist 911 files. After that, redownloading the latest version of 911 and try again.
  2. Its possible caused by softwares conflicts, So far we know "Utorrent" conflicts to 911's default proxy engine, you need to uninstall Utorrent, and restarting your browsers. We will update the list here when we catch more conflicted softwares.
  3. Its possible your system is not the original copy of Windows from microsoft so its missing some necessary files for 911's default proxy tool to work. Please use proxifier instead of the default proxy tool we have, because proxifier has better compatibility. Here's how to do it :
  Install "Proxifier Standard Edition", Register it. From 911 client "Settings" -- "Proxy Tool", Choose "Proxifier Standard Edition(More Stable)",
  Actually this video tut is for how to use global proxy with proxifier(all apps and your entire system use proxy), but you can just follow the part for how to install proxifier.
  4. If you tried all the 3 steps above, 911 still doesnt work for you, then it got to be your system issue, please just reinstall your system, please make sure you are using the Microsoft oringinal version of Windows not modified or cracked, And up Windows to date, and try again. Thank you

• Can I only buy proxies from a specific country?

  Using 1 proxy costs 1 proxy balance and you can use 1 proxy from any country, state or city without limit!

• Can my company's coworkers use a same 911 S5 account with me together?

  Yes, But only if you and your coworkers are in the same company and working from the same place. Sharing your account with other people will get your account banned instantly.

• Why I cant login to your software? Why the proxy is very slow?

  All our servers are located in the US, What happend to you its possiblely because your network is unstable or your network has connection issue to the US, You can use a VPN which is fast & stable to the USA first before using 911 S5 and our proxy.

• How long can I use the proxy?

  When you used a proxy, it cost 1 proxy balance from your acct, its paid up to 24 hours of use time. But our proxies are residential proxies, Please understand the alive time for residential proxies is from a few hours to a few days which is normal. If you want to use a proxy for long term(more than 24 hours), you need to add it to FavoriteProxy from TodayList.

• I got "Please add the application process" after trying to use a proxy on the soft, why?

  You need to add the process of the soft which you want to use proxy with to "Program" tab.

• I got "Configuration file is not exists!Please Re-install!" after running Client.exe, why?

  Make sure the folder where you put 911 S5 soft in, the folder's name without any special Char, no chinese, no russian, only english.

• How to use the proxy ip I used before?

  In general, the used proxies in TodayList will be removed after 24 hours, what if some proxies you want to keep using for longer time? Now with FavoriteProxy, it can be done!

  Users now can right mouse click on the proxies in TodayList, and add the proxies you want to use for long time into FavoriteProxy, You can easily manage by creating different groups and putting tags on these proxies. If you select on a proxy in FavoriteProxy, you can press "Delete" key to delete it, you can also delete a group directly, then all the proxies in that group will be removed. Please note, reusing the proxies in FavoriteProxy after 24 hours, will cost 1 account balance.

• What does the option of "Proxy connection wait timeout" means?

  The default and best value is 60, for most people you dont need to change this, because if you set a larger value than 60, the proxy connection speed will be slower. But a few people work with some websites that when you search or do something there, the websites will return the results only after a long time, like a few minutes later. For working with these websites to receive the results normally, you need to set the value larger, e.g. the website gives the result after 120 seconds, you can set it to 120 or a bit more than that.

• Some countries has only a few proxies available, How to solve?

  Lower down the frequency cap, and you can get more proxies in this way. Go to "Settings" tab and find "Limit used S5 IP", the default value is 744 hours(31 days), its a frequency cap for the socks ip, means the proxy ip you used in "Proxylist" tab wont appear again in 744 hours in "Proxylist", You can adjust this setting from 24 hours to 744 hours.

• Why your soft is detected by Antivirus? Is it safe?

  Yes, 101% safe. Its just false positive detection from the Antivirus because the soft has features like changing the UserAgent, Screen Resolution and Referer. We tried to submit to them for whitelisting, but it takes time. Just close the Antivirus or adding our soft into its whitelist manualy.

• When i use 911 with Parallels Desktop, 911's interface shows in white, how to fix?

  Its caused by a bug from Parallels Desktop, please delete "msvbvm60.dll" from 911's directory, and restart 911 again.

• I got error code 3706 after running 911 Client, how to fix?

  Your system is missing a component. Please install "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable" from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255

• After using your soft and proxy, my Favorite and Plugin from Firefox and Chrome is gone, why?

  In "Settings" tab, dont select "Auto clear Browser info" or unselect Firefox or Chrome from there. Its because when the soft clears the supercookie, its required to reset the browser and plugin.

• When I change a new proxy why my browser or soft is auto closed?

  In "Settings" tab, Unselect "Auto close program when change proxy".

• I want to use Global proxy, all the traffic on my PC goes through the proxy, how to set?

  Install "Proxifier Standard Edition", Register it. In soft "Settings" -- "Proxy Tool", Choose "Proxifier Standard Edition(More Stable)", and select "Proxy the entire system with all applications network connections including system connections to work through the proxy" under "ProxyRules".

• Does 911 S5 soft support Roboform for webpage forms auto filling job?

  Yes, But only works with old version of Roboform 6.9.98, And old version of browsers: IE8 and Firefox 3.6.28

• Is the communication between relays encrypted?

  Yes, the communication protocol is strongly encrypted by using a proprietary algorithm.

• How can I change password?

  For changing password, you need to have the security question and answer you set when you register the account, then go to 911s5 and click login, here enter "forgot password click here". For security reason, security question/answer its the only way for resetting the password, and its one time set when you register your account. We also dont have access to change security questions/answers for you, please understand. Thank you
