Our software should work on all windows versions, If on your system, you cant start 911 or 911 shows your original ip address when you are using a proxy, please try below step by step until its solved:
1. Most likely its your Antivirus's Active Protection/Real-time protection blocked 911's proxy feature by mistake, You can try to turn off your Antivirus(Norton, 360 etc), or whitelist 911 files. After that, redownloading the latest version of 911 and try again.
2. Its possible caused by softwares conflicts, So far we know "Utorrent" conflicts to 911's default proxy engine, you need to uninstall Utorrent, and restarting your browsers. We will update the list here when we catch more conflicted softwares.
3. Its possible your system is not the original copy of Windows from microsoft so its missing some necessary files for 911's default proxy tool to work. Please use proxifier instead of the default proxy tool we have, because proxifier has better compatibility. Here's how to do it :
Install "Proxifier Standard Edition", Register it. From 911 client "Settings" -- "Proxy Tool", Choose "Proxifier Standard Edition(More Stable)",

4. If you tried all the 3 steps above, 911 still doesnt work for you, then it got to be your system issue, please just reinstall your system, please make sure you are using the Microsoft oringinal version of Windows not modified or cracked, And up Windows to date, and try again. Thank you

But our proxies are residential proxies, Please understand the alive time for residential proxies is from a few hours to a few days which is normal. If you want to use a proxy for long term(more than 24 hours), you need to add it to FavoriteProxy from TodayList.
You need to add the process of the soft which you want to use proxy with to "Program" tab.
Make sure the folder where you put 911 S5 soft in, the folder's name without any special Char, no chinese, no russian, only english.
In general, the used proxies in TodayList will be removed after 24 hours, what if some proxies you want to keep using for longer time? Now with FavoriteProxy, it can be done!
Users now can right mouse click on the proxies in TodayList, and add the proxies you want to use for long time into FavoriteProxy, You can easily manage by creating different groups and putting tags on these proxies. If you select on a proxy in FavoriteProxy, you can press "Delete" key to delete it, you can also delete a group directly, then all the proxies in that group will be removed. Please note, reusing the proxies in FavoriteProxy after 24 hours, will cost 1 account balance.
The default and best value is 60, for most people you dont need to change this, because if you set a larger value than 60, the proxy connection speed will be slower. But a few people work with some websites that when you search or do something there, the websites will return the results only after a long time, like a few minutes later. For working with these websites to receive the results normally, you need to set the value larger, e.g. the website gives the result after 120 seconds, you can set it to 120 or a bit more than that.

Go to "Settings" tab and find "Limit used S5 IP", the default value is 744 hours(31 days), its a frequency cap for the socks ip, means the proxy ip you used in "Proxylist" tab wont appear again in 744 hours in "Proxylist", You can adjust this setting from 24 hours to 744 hours.
Yes, 101% safe. Its just false positive detection from the Antivirus because the soft has features like changing the UserAgent, Screen Resolution and Referer. We tried to submit to them for whitelisting, but it takes time. Just close the Antivirus or adding our soft into its whitelist manualy.
